Warm the serving plates. Prepare the ingredients as above.
1. Heat a suitable pan and then add the mince and brown for 7-10 minutes, add the diced onion and
garlic and cook for a further 5 minutes.
2. Add the sliced mushrooms and the pureed mixed herbs and peppercorns and cook again for 4-5

further 10 minutes on a low heat.
4. Serve with KNORR spaghetti.
