To prepare the Beef
Trim the beef of excess fat and cover with the Garlic puree.
Place on a roasting tray on a bed of root vegetables.
Place the beef into an oven that has been pre heated to 170 deg C.Roast until cooked as a guide, 30 minutes per KG of meat weight plus an extra 30 minutes for a medium cooked joint.
Remove the beef from the oven cover with baking foil and allow to stand for 15 minutes.
Prepare the gravy by adding 75g granules to 1ltr of water just off the boil and whisking continuously until dissolved.
Remove the excess oil and fat from the roasting tray, place over a medium to high heat.
Carve the beef as desired and serve with Yorkshire Puddings, roast potatoes and vegetables.
