Ingredients

Water, Japanese SOY sauce (20%) [water, defatted SOYBEANS, roasted WHEAT, salt, alcohol], glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, modified maize starch, SOYBEAN paste [water, SOYBEANS, rice, salt], mirin-style seasoning (3%) [glucose syrup, water, rice extract (water, rice, alcohol, salt, acidity regulator (citric acid), sugar, spirit vinegar, acidity regulator (phosphoric acid), cane molasses], sake, ginger purée (1.5%), colour (plain caramel), acidity regulators (citric acid, lactic acid).

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 2 weeks, or freeze remaining contents immediately. Defrost in a refrigerator and use within 24 hours
