Water, rapeseed oil, minced lemongrass (7%), garlic puree (6%), FISH sauce [ANCHOVY extract (FISH), salt, sugar], red chilli paste (5%) [red chilli peppers, salt, acidity regulator (acetic acid)], onion, concentrated tomato paste, minced galangal (3%), kaffir lime leaves (3%), sugar, modified maize starch, chilli flakes (2.5%), ground coriander, coriander leaf, thai basil (0.6%), ground cumin (0.4%), ground cardamom (0.2%), salt, colour (paprika extract), acidity regulator (citric acid).

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 2 weeks, or freeze remaining contents immediately. Defrost in a refrigerator and use within 24 hours.
