Warm the serving plates. Make up the bouillon by whisking in the paste to 1 ltr of boiling water.
1.Melt the FLORA Original spread in a pan, add the onion and garlic and cook for about 5 minutes until
soft but not browned.
2.Add the sesame seeds and the chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is golden
3.Add the stock, bring to the boil and simmer gently for 10 minutes.
4.Stir in the mustard, cherry tomatoes and continue to cook gently for a further 5 minutes or until the
chicken is thoroughly cooked.
5.Serve the chicken centre of plate with halved baked potatoes topped with Flora Original, chopped
parsley and wilted Pak Choi.
The recipe can be adapted to other more economical cuts of poultry
Keep added salt to a minimum. Use an unsaturated oil (olive or sunflower) and reduce the quantity
used. This helps to provide a healthy balanced dish.
