|500||g||Bread dough, dry mix|
|10||g||Knorr Professional Mixed Herbs Puree 750g|
Pre heat an oven to 180ºC (375ºF) gas 5. Warm the serving plates.
prepare the ingredients as above.
1. Mix the Bread dough mix with the water and also 25g of the Tomato & Basil Create More. Allow to
prove for 30 mins.
2. Once proved, knock back the dough and press into a tray.
3. mix the Knorr Herb Puree, oil and Knorr Tomato and Basil Create More in a separate bowl, pour over
the Focaccia and, using fingertips press the sauce into the dough leaving indents.
4. Bake for 30-35 minutes and then allow to cool on a rack.
5. Serve warm.
Added salt is not recommended but if used keep to a minimum. If using oil use unsaturated (olive or
sunflower) and reduce the quantity used where possible. This helps to provide a nutritional balanced
