500gPrawns , Cooked, Frozen.
4pcAvocado(s) , Peeled, Deseeded avocado pear cut into 1/2 cm dice.
1pcOnion(s) , finely diced.
250mlHELLMANN'S Thousand Island Dressing
  Mixed Lettuce Leaves , for garnish.

Preparation

1. Cook the fusilli to recipe.
2. Refresh with cold water and drain very well.
3. Place into a mixing bowl.
4. Add in prawns, avocado and onion.
5. Pour in the dressing and mix through.
6. Serve garnished with lettuce leaves.
