Couscous with Tomatoes & Olives

| 1 | l | KNORR Chicken Bouillon |
| 200 | g | KNORR Tomato Pronto |
| 100 | g | Onions , diced |
| 100 | g | Black Olives , sliced |
| Lime juice , to taste | ||
| 150 | g | Crème fraîche |
| 25 | g | Coriander , chopped |
| 150 | g | Chili peppers, fresh , mixed, chopped |
Preparation
1. Sweat off the diced onions with chopped chillies.
2. Add the couscous and cook briefly.
3. Add the tomato pronto and the chicken bouillon.
4. Bring to the boil and allow to swell with the lid on for 10 mins.
5. Separate the couscous with a fork and add the olives.
6. Sprinkle with coriander.
7. Season the Crème fraîche with lime juice.
8. Serve separately.
