Warm Smoked Duck Salad with Basil Dressing

1kgDuck, Smoked , Thinly sliced
1kgLettuce Leaves , Mixed
75gKNORR Basil
200mlExtra Virgin Olive Oil
15pcTomato, Cherry , Cut in half
  Basil leaves for garnish

Preparation

1. Place the sliced duck onto a tray.
2. Gently heat under the grill.
3. Mix the basil paste through the olive oil.
4. Place the lettuce leaves onto a plate with the tomatoes.
5. Place the sliced duck on top.
6. Drizzle with the dressing.
7. Garnish with basil leaf.
