1kgLettuce Leaves , Mixed
1kgChicken , Fillets cut into thin strips.
  Olive Oil & Shallot Marinade
15pcTomato, Cherry , Cut in half
250mlHELLMANN'S Raspberry flavour and Mustard Dressing 

Preparation

1. Place the strips of chicken into the marinade.
2. Marinate for 1 hour.
3. Stir fry until cooked through.
4. Place the lettuce onto a plate.
5. Garnish with cherry tomatoes.
6. Place the strips of chicken on top.
7. Drizzle with dressing and serve.
