Vegetable Curry with Basmati Rice

150gMushrooms , Sliced.

1.5lKnorr Sauce Curry 3x4L 
750gRice, Basmatti

Preparation

1. Heat the oil and fry off the vegetables keeping them crisp.
2. Make the Curry Sauce as directed and pour on to the vegetables. 3. Cook the Basmati Rice as directed.
4. Rinse in hot water and keep warm.
5. Serve the curry vegetables accompanied by Basmati Rice.
