Pommes Savoyarde
Ingredients (10 portions)

| 200 | g | Butter |
| 1.5 | l | KNORR Chicken Bouillon |
| 150 | g | Cheese, Cheddar , grated |
Preparation
1. Wash and peel the potatoes.
2. Cut into 2 mm thick slices and wash.
3. Grease an oven tray with butter.
4. Place the sliced potatoes next to each other in the dish.
5. Add the stock so that the potatoes are covered.
6. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 150°C for 30 mins.
7. Cover the potatoes with the grated cheese.
8. Place knobs of butter on top.
9. Bake for a further 30 mins.
