Chicken Kiev

| 200 | g | Butter |
| 50 | g | Knorr Garlic Paste |
| 25 | g | Parsley, Chopped |
| 500 | ml | KNORR Roast Gravy 3x12L |
| Flour Eggwash & Breadcrumbs |
Preparation
1. Mix the garlic paste and parsley through the butter.
2. Place in a fridge and allow to set.
3. With a sharp knife, slit the side of the chicken fillet to make an opening.
4. Stuff a knob of garlic butter into the opening and close.
5. Place the chicken fillets through the flour, eggwash and breadcrumbs.
6. Brown one side of the chicken in hot oil and turn over.
7. Finish cooking in the oven for about 10 minutes.
8. Serve with Knorr Gravy.
