Chicken Cordon Bleu

 
 

Ingredients (10 portions)

10pcChicken Fillet(s) , 120g
  10 Slices of Ham or 10 Grilled Rashers
  Cheese, Cheddar , White, 10 Slices
1lKNORR Roast Gravy 3x12L 
50gKNORR Bouquet de Provence
  KNORR Aromat Regular 

Preparation

1. Season the fillets with Aromat and place on a greased gastronome tray.
2. Place in a pre heated oven for 5 mins.
3. Remove from oven.
4. Place the ham or bacon onto the chicken and cover with sliced cheese.
5. Return to the oven and cook for a further 10 mins.
6. Make the gravy to recipe and add the Bouquet de Provence.
7. Serve the chicken with the gravy poured over.
