Honey Seared Salmon Bearnaise

 
 

Preparation

1. Spread the honey on to the salmon and sear on a hot searing pan.
2. Remove and continue cooking in a hot oven or under a grill.
3. Place the sliced potatoes in the centre of a plate.
4. Place the cooked salmon on top of the potatoes.
5. Pour over the Bearnaise Sauce.
6. Garnish with a little Dill Weed.
