Curry Prawns with Saffron Rice & Cashew Nuts

| 100 | g | KNORR USA Long Grain Rice |
| Saffron , Pinch of. | ||
| 250 | ml | Knorr Sauce Curry 3x4L |
| 50 | g | Nuts, Cashew |
Preparation
1. Steep the saffron in 2 tablespoons of hot water.
2. Cook the prawns in boiling salted water.
3. Refresh with cold water and peel.
4. Strain the liquid from the saffron into boiling water and cook the rice.
5. Refresh under hot water and strain.
6. Shape the rice in the centre of the plate and place the prawns on top.
7. Coat with Curry Sauce and garnish with cashew nuts.
