Thai Fish Cakes with Sweet and Sour Sauce
Ingredients (10 portions)

| 500 | g | Cod fish, fillet of , or any available white fish. |
| KNORR Garlic (1 Tablespoon). | ||
| 100 | g | Ginger ,root of, grated. |
| 2 | tbsp | Soy Sauce (2 Tablespoons) |
| 1 | pc | Chilli ,1 Red, Chopped or to taste. |
| Oil, Sesame (2 Tablespoons) | ||
| 150 | g | Breadcrumbs , white. |
| 2 | pc | Egg yolk |
| 1 | l | Knorr Blue Dragon Chunky Sweet & Sour Ready to Use Sauce |
Preparation
1. Place the fish in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Mix with all the other ingredients to form a smooth paste.
3. Shape into cakes - 2 per portion.
4. Heat some oil in a pan.
5. Cook on both sides for 4 mins until golden brown.
6. Serve with Sweet and Sour Sauce on the side.
