Thai Fish Cakes with Sweet and Sour Sauce

 
 

Ingredients (10 portions)

500gSalmon, fillet of
500gCod fish, fillet of , or any available white fish.
  KNORR Garlic (1 Tablespoon).
100gGinger ,root of, grated.
2tbspSoy Sauce (2 Tablespoons)
1pcChilli ,1 Red, Chopped or to taste.
  Oil, Sesame (2 Tablespoons)
150gBreadcrumbs , white.
2pcEgg yolk
1lKnorr Blue Dragon Chunky Sweet & Sour Ready to Use Sauce  

Preparation

1. Place the fish in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Mix with all the other ingredients to form a smooth paste.
3. Shape into cakes - 2 per portion.
4. Heat some oil in a pan.
5. Cook on both sides for 4 mins until golden brown.
6. Serve with Sweet and Sour Sauce on the side.
