Ghanian Seafood Bake

| 200 | g | Mussels |
| 200 | g | Salmon, fillet of |
| 200 | g | White fish fillet (Filet de fera) , any available. |
| 500 | g | puff pastry |
| 250 | ml | KNORR Fish Bouillon |
| 100 | ml | Knorr Cuisine Cooking Cream |
| KNORR Roux Brown | ||
| 1/2 Glass dry white wine |
Preparation
1. Roll out the puff pastry.
2. Cut into oval or fish shape.
3. Egg wash and cook in a pre heated oven ( 175ºC ) until golden brown.
4. Dice the salmon and white fish and poach with the vegetables in the fish bouillon.
5. Remove the fish and keep warm.
6. Add the wine and reduce the liquid by quarter
7. Pour in the cream and bring tom the required consistency with roux.
8. Add all the fish to the sauce and simmer for 1 min.
9. Serve in a warm pastry case.
