Kedgeree of Salmon

1.5kgSalmon, fillet of
500gKNORR USA Long Grain Rice
1lKNORR Curry Sauce - Hot or Medium 
5pcEggs, Hard Boiled
  Parsley, Chopped

Preparation

1. Poach the fish and remove all skin and bone.
2. Cook the rice to recipe, drain and keep warm.
3. Place the rice onto a plate and form a well.
4. Place the salmon in the centre and coat with curry sauce.
5. Dice the hard boiled eggs and sprinkle over the salmon.
6. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
