Crispy Pork in Sweet & Sour Sauce

| 1 | pc | Pepper(s) Green (finely chopped). |

| KNORR Vegetable Bouillon |
Preparation
1 .Cook the rice in the vegetable bouillon.
2. Remove from the heat and drain very well.
3. Add the chopped peppers and keep warm.
4. Cut the pork into very thin strips.
5. Sprinkle them with cornflour and chilli powder, rubbing in well.
6. Brush all over with egg white.
7. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan.
8. When very hot, add the pork pieces, a few at a time, and stir fry over a high heat for 1 minute.
