Crispy Pork in Sweet & Sour Sauce

3kgPork, Shoulder of , Lean
  Knorr Blue Dragon Chunky Sweet & Sour Ready to Use Sauce , 1 Jar. 
  Cornflour
  Chilli Powder
2kgKNORR USA Long Grain Rice
1pcPepper(s) , Red (finely chopped).
1pcPepper(s) Green (finely chopped).
6pcEgg white (35g)
  Oil , Mazola
  KNORR Vegetable Bouillon

Preparation

1 .Cook the rice in the vegetable bouillon.
2. Remove from the heat and drain very well.
3. Add the chopped peppers and keep warm.
4. Cut the pork into very thin strips.
5. Sprinkle them with cornflour and chilli powder, rubbing in well.
6. Brush all over with egg white.
7. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan.
8. When very hot, add the pork pieces, a few at a time, and stir fry over a high heat for 1 minute.
