Spicy Pork Chops with Orange Barbecue Sauce

| 200 | ml | Hoi Sin sauce |

| Oranges , Ring of 3 oranges cut into Julienne. | ||
| Juice of 3 oranges. |
Preparation
1. Mix the pork chops with Hoi Sin and Szechuan Sauces and marinate for 4 hours.
2. Place on a tray and grill or roast in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
3. Mix the rind and the orange juice into the Barbecue Sauce.
4. Bring to the boil.
5. Serve with the pork chops.
