Cornish Pasties

 
 

Ingredients (10 portions)

Amount Measure Name
500gPastry , Short Crust.
500gLamb, Shoulder of , Cut into thin strips.
150gPotatoes , Raw, Finely Diced.
150gOnions , Finely Chopped.
1lKNORR Roast Gravy 3x12L 

Preparation

1. Roll out the short crust pastry 3mm thick.
2. Cut into rounds 12cm diameter.
3. Mix all the ingredients together.
4. Moisten with a little a gravy.
5. Place 2 spoonfuls on the centre of the pastry.
6. Fold in half and seal.
7. Flute the edge and brush with eggwash.
8. Bake in a moderate oven for 1 hour.
9. Serve with a gravy.
