Cornish Pasties
Ingredients (10 portions)

| 500 | g | Lamb, Shoulder of , Cut into thin strips. |
| 150 | g | Potatoes , Raw, Finely Diced. |
| 150 | g | Onions , Finely Chopped. |
| 1 | l | KNORR Roast Gravy 3x12L |
Preparation
1. Roll out the short crust pastry 3mm thick.
2. Cut into rounds 12cm diameter.
3. Mix all the ingredients together.
4. Moisten with a little a gravy.
5. Place 2 spoonfuls on the centre of the pastry.
6. Fold in half and seal.
7. Flute the edge and brush with eggwash.
8. Bake in a moderate oven for 1 hour.
9. Serve with a gravy.
