Shanghai Black Bean with Egg Fried Rice

| 1 | l | Knorr Blue Dragon Black Bean Ready to Use Sauce |

| 100 | ml | Soya sauce, standard |
| 1 | l | Oil , Cooking |
Preparation
1. Place the strips of beef into a mixing bowl.
2. Add in the soy and oil and mix through.
3. Leave to marinate for up to 4 hours.
4. Heat some oil in a large Wok or pan.
5. Add in the garlic paste and allow to melt.
6. Add in the marinated beef and stir fry for 3 / 4 mins.
7. Add in the prepared veg and continue cooking for a further 5 mins.
8. Pour in the Black Bean Sauce and bring to the boil.
