American Oven Barbecued Spare Ribs

| Julienne of Orange rind for garnish. |
Preparation
1. Place the spare ribs into a mixing bowl.
2. Mix in the Hoi Sin Paste and marinate for 4 hours.
3. Place on an oven tray.
4. Roast in a hot oven for 35 mins, turning occasionally.
5. Remove from oven.
6. Serve with barbecue sauce garnished orange rind.
