Russian Beef Goulash

| 2 | pc | Onion, Medium, Finely Diced |
| 250 | g | Mushrooms, Button (Champignons de Paris) |
| 75 | g | Pepper, Paprika |
| 2 | tbsp | Vinegar , Malt |
| 1.5 | l | KNORR Beef Bouillon |
| KNORR Aromat Meat | ||
| 250 | ml | Knorr Cuisine Cooking Cream |
| Gherkin , Julienne, for garnish. | ||
| KNORR Roux Brown |
Preparation
1. Season the beef with Aromat.
2. Fry off in a hot pan until golden brown.
3. In a separate pot sweat off the diced onion and mushroom.
4. Add in the paprika pepper and mix through.
5. Pour in the vinegar and form a paste.
6. Pour in the beef bouillon and bring to boil.
7. Simmer for 10 mins.
8. Bring to required consistency using Roux.
9. Add the beef to the sauce and simmer until tender.
10. Finish with Knorr Cooking Cream and serve with boiled rice.
11. 2 Medium Sized Diced Onion.
12. 1 Tablespoon Knorr Garlic Herb Paste.
13. 500g Knorr Macaroni.
