German Pork Schnitzel

 
 

Ingredients (10 portions)

Amount Measure Name
120gPork X 10, thin slices from the leg.
  Wholemeal bread crumbs and Flour Egg wash
  KNORR Basil (1 Tablespoon)
1lKnorr Sauce Green Pepper 3x6L
  KNORR Aromat Meat 

Preparation

1. Season the slices of pork with Aromat.
2. Spread some Basil Herb Paste on to the pork.
3. Pass them through the flour eggwash and breadcrumbs.
4. Shallow fry on both sides until golden brown.
5. Serve with Green Pepper Sauce on the side.
