German Pork Schnitzel
Ingredients (10 portions)

| Wholemeal bread crumbs and Flour Egg wash | ||
| KNORR Basil (1 Tablespoon) | ||
| 1 | l | Knorr Sauce Green Pepper 3x6L |

Preparation
1. Season the slices of pork with Aromat.
2. Spread some Basil Herb Paste on to the pork.
3. Pass them through the flour eggwash and breadcrumbs.
4. Shallow fry on both sides until golden brown.
5. Serve with Green Pepper Sauce on the side.
