Bangers and Mash with Onion Gravy

 
 

Ingredients (10 portions)

3kgPotatoes , Peeled
20pcPork Sausages , Large (2 per portion)
1kgOnions , Sliced
2lKNORR Roast Gravy 3x12L 

Preparation

1. Boil or Steam the potatoes and mash.
2. Finish with some milk and a little butter.
3. Grill or Roast the sausages.
4. Sweat off the sliced onions and pour in the gravy.
5. Bring to the boil and simmer for 6 mins.
6. Spread the mashed potatoes into a gastronome tray.
7. Place the sausages into the potatoes.
8. Pour the gravy over and serve.
