Spicy Pork Szechuan

| 1 | l | KNORR Spicy Szechuan Sauce |
| 2 | pc | Onion(s) , Sliced |
| 2 | pc | Pepper(s) , Sliced |
Preparation
1. Place the strips of pork into a 1/1 gastronome tray.
2. Season and cover with water.
3. Place in a pre-heated combi oven and cook for 15 mins.
4. Remove from oven and drain very well and refresh.
5. Add in the sauce, vegetables and mix through.
6. Return to the oven and cook for a further 20 mins or until meat is tender.
7. Probe and place onto the serving unit.
