Beef in Guinness

 
 

Ingredients (10 portions)

2kgSteak, Round , Diced
1.5lKNORR Beef Bouillon
150gOnions , Button
150gMushrooms, Button (Champignons de Paris)
150gCarrots , Baton
  KNORR Roux Brown
  KNORR Aromat Meat 

Preparation

1. Season the diced beef with Aromat.
2. Fry off in hot oil until brown all over.
3. Fry off the button onions until brown.
4. Place in a pot and pour in the beef bouillon.
5. Bring to the boil and simmer for 20 mins.
6. Add the carrots and mushrooms.
7. Continue cooking for a further 15 mins.
8. Correct the consistency with Roux.
9. Serve with boiled potatoes.
