Grilled Loin Pork Chop with Creamed Mustard Sauce

 
 

Ingredients (10 portions)

10pcPork, Loin, Chops (120g)
1lKNORR Chicken Bouillon
250mlKnorr Cuisine Cooking Cream
100mlSherry , Dry, Cooking
  KNORR Roux Brown
200gMustard, grain

Preparation

1. Spread a little grain mustard on both sides of the pork chops.
2. Place under a hot grill.
3. Cook on both sides for 5/6 mins.
4. Bring the bouillon to the boil.
5. Add the remaining grain mustard.
6. Bring to the required consistency with roux.
7. Finish the sauce cream and sherry.
8. Serve over the pork chops sprinkled with a little chopped parsley.
