Spicy Seafood Chowder with Garlic Bread

| 150 | g | Butter |
| 100 | g | Knorr Garlic Paste |
| 50 | g | KNORR Szechuan Paste |
Preparation
1. Make the Seafood Chowder as directed.
2. Add in the Szechuan Paste and simmer for 2 mins.
3. Cut the French Sticks into 4 pieces and cut through the centre.
4. Mix the garlic paste with the butter and spread on to the open surface of the bread.
5. Close and wrap in tinfoil.
6. Place into a hot oven and bake for 15 mins or until the bread is crispy.
7. Serve with the Seafood Chowder
