Smoked Seafood Chowder

Preparation
1. Make the Seafood Chowder as directed.
2. Poach the smoked haddock and flake into the chowder.
3. Simmer for 5 mins.
4. Serve with Hellmann's Garlic Light Mayonnaise and water biscuits as a dip.
