250gSmoked haddock (or any available smoked fish)
10pcWater Biscuit(s)
250mlHellmann's Garlic Light Mayonnaise 2L 

Preparation

1. Make the Seafood Chowder as directed.
2. Poach the smoked haddock and flake into the chowder.
3. Simmer for 5 mins.
4. Serve with Hellmann's Garlic Light Mayonnaise and water biscuits as a dip.
