Minestrone with Bruschetta

| 200 | g | Pepper, roasted |
| 200 | g | Tomatoes, cherry |
| 250 | ml | Virgin Olive Oil |
Preparation
1. Make the Knorr Minestrone Soup to recipe.
2. Cut the baguette in half lengthways.
3. Sprinkle with olive oil.
4. Spread some garlic herb paste on top.
5. Toast under a hot grill until golden brown.
6. Peel and cut the tomatoes and remove pips.
7. Roughly cut the peppers.
8. Place the tomatoes and peppers onto the bread.
9. Serve with soup.
