BLT Burger
Ingredients (6 servings)

| 12 | pc | Rashers of streaky bacon |
| 2 | pc | Beef Tomatoes |
| Chives | ||
| Iceberg lettuce | ||
| Salad cream | ||
| Mayonnaise | ||
| 6 | pc | Burger Buns |
| 6 | pc | Slices of monetary jack cheese |
Preparation
Heat pan drizzled with olive oil, place mince patties onto a hot pan.
Chop all garnishes and mix mayonnaise with salad cream and drizzle garnish.
Cook streaky bacon in hot pan.
When patties are golden brown on outside cook for another two minutes. Place patties on buns, place bacon, tomato and cheese and allow cheese to melt in oven.
