Ingredients (6 servings)

6pcMince patty (8oz) or 1.5kg of ground meat
12pcRashers of streaky bacon
2pcBeef Tomatoes
  Chives
  Iceberg lettuce
  Salad cream
  Mayonnaise
6pcBurger Buns
6pcSlices of monetary jack cheese

Preparation

Heat pan drizzled with olive oil, place mince patties onto a hot pan.

Chop all garnishes and mix mayonnaise with salad cream and drizzle garnish.

Cook streaky bacon in hot pan.

When patties are golden brown on outside cook for another two minutes. Place patties on buns, place bacon, tomato and cheese and allow cheese to melt in oven.
