Preparation

Advanced Preparation.
Prepare ingredients as above. Pre Heat oven to 200ºC (390ºF) Gas 8. Pre heat grill to max.

Method.
1. In separate bowls mix the chicken, tuna and potatoes with there char siu paste. Cover, label and
refrigerate for 1 hour minimum prior to use.
2. Place the potatoes and chicken on to a wire rack and brush with remaining marinade and bake for 20
minutes or until potatoes are tender and chicken is thoroughly cooked.
3. Thread the tuna onto the skewers with the spring onion place on to a wire rack and place under the
grill and cook for 2 minutes on each side or until tuna is cook through.
4. Serve the skewerd tuna, chicken wings and potato wedges centre of plate garnish with chopped
coriander.

Service Hint
Serve the trio with KNORR Oriental Thai Sweet Chilli Dipping Sauce, HELLMANN'S Sour Cream and
Garlic Dressing. Also serve with a salad garnish.

Handy Hint
The tuna can be substituted with white fish or prawns.

Healthy Hint
Added salt is not recommended but if used keep to a minimum . If using oil use unsaturated (olive or
sunflower) and reduce the quantity used where possible. This helps to provide a nutritional balanced
dish
