Advance Preparation:
Prepare the steaks, trim any excess fat and gristle, beat out to tenderise. Wash and prepare the vegetables and cut as required. Mix the garlic puree with half the FLORA, mix well, cover label and refrigerate until required for use. Pre heat a grill.
Method:
1. Brush the garlic puree FLORA blend over the steaks, lay out on a grilling tray.
2. Spread the bread with the remaining FLORA.
3. Grill the steaks as required.
4. Place in the sandwiches on a bed of sliced onions and tomatoes.
5. Serve as required.
Service Hint
The bread can be toasted or served natural as required.
Healthy Nutritional Advice
Serve with a 80g salad, a yoghurt dip or HELLMANN'S Light Mayonnaise for a healthy lunchtime snack option.
Added salt is not recommended but if used keep to a minimum. If using oil use unsaturated (olive or sunflower) and reduce the quantity used where possible. This helps to provide a nutritional balanced dish.
