Preparation

Advanced preparation.
Pre cook noodles as per manufacturers instructions. Pre heat deep fat fryer or suitable frying pan with
oil to 180ºC (350ºF) gas 4.

Method.
1. Prepare all ingedients as per ingredient list.
2. Decant the dressing into a drizzler/squeezy bottle.
3. Heat the oil in a wok over a medium to high heat, add the prawns and fry for 4 - 5 minutes. Add the
noodles and continue to cook ffor a further 2 minutes,
4. Place the chilli, lemon grass and cashews into deep fat fryer and cook till crisp.
5. Divide the prawns and noodles into equal portions, top with the crisp garnish and drizzle with the
thai dressing.

Handy Hint.
Instead of prawns consider the use of chicken marinated in thai green stir it up paste.
