CHAR SIU
Sticky Wings - Simply marinade chicken wings in Blue Dragon Char Siu sauce for an hour or so, then place onto an oven tray and bake until the wings are cooked and coated with the sticky sauce, brush with a little more sauce once out of the oven to add more flavour
Pineapple Skewers - Try placing cubes of pineapple onto a wooden skewer and brushing with Blue Dragon Char Siu sauce. Gently bake in a moderate oven .... when warmed sprinkle with toasted coconut, sesame seeds and coriander. Use as a fruity accompaniment to wings, ribs or stir fried steaks.
Oriental Style Tomato and Chicken Soup - Add Char Siu paste to KNORR tomato soup, then add cooked shredded chicken to create a simple oriental tomato soup.
Hot and Sweet Marinade - Add KNORR Chilli puree or fresh chopped chilli to add a heat element to the paste, then use as a marinade for fish or meat.
Char Siu Noodle Salad - Add some Char Siu paste to a bowl of cooked noodles, combine with chopped green salad onion, coriander and a squeeze of lime. Add in shredded chicken or pork, or leave vegetarian.

Char Siu Samosa - Add Char Siu paste to a selection of minced lamb and onions or vegetables. Wrap in filo pastry to create samosas, serve once cooked with a dip of Char Siu paste.
Roasted Pepper and Cashew Salad - In a hot oven, roast red peppers, then remove the outer skins, slice into thin strips and mix with cashew nuts, chopped spring onion and coriander. Lightly bind with paste then gently mix into cooked noodles.
Char Siu Tempura Batter - Add a spoonful of paste to your batter then coat prawns, white fish or salmon and deep fry. Garnish with chopped fresh coriander and serve with salad or onto a bed of rice.
