Preparation

1. Make the Knorr Seafood Chowder to recipe.
2. Add the frozen seafood and simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Finish with the Knorr Cuisine Cooking Cream.
4. Poach the shell fish.
5. Pour the chowder into a soup bowl.
6. Place some cooked mussels into each bowl and serve.
