Tuna Bake
Ingredients (10 portions)

| 500 | g | Tuna, Flaked & Drained. |
| 500 | g | Sweetcorn , Frozen or Tinned. |
| Green peas, frozen | ||
| Tomatoes , Sliced X 5. | ||
| 750 | ml | KNORR White/Bechamel 3x18L (using water or low fat milk). |
| 300 | g | Cheese, Cheddar , Grated Low Fat. |
| Pepper, Black , Ground. | ||
| 300 | g | Breadcrumbs , Wholemeal. |
Preparation
1. Make the bechamel sauce as directed.
2. Remove from heat, add most of the grated cheese, the tuna, sweetcorn, peas and black pepper.
3. Lightly grease a dish and place the tomatoes on the bottom.
4. Pour on the sauce.
5. Finally, sprinkle the breadcrumbs and remaining cheese on top.
6. Bake at 160 degrees celsius (Gas Mark 3) for 40 mins.
7. Serve with Green Vegetables.
