Seafood Pancake

0.5lKNORR Lobster Bisque  
250mlCream , Fresh.
100mlBrandy (Eau-de-vie de vin) , Cooking.
500gSeafood cocktail, frozen
10pcPancake(s) , Very thin.
  KNORR White Roux 

Preparation

1. Make the Lobster Bisque as directed.
2. Add the Brandy and cream.
3. Bring to a coating consistency using KNORR White Roux.
4. Pour a quarter of the sauce into a separate pot to keep for coating.
5. Poach or steam the seafood, drain very well.
6. Add to the sauce and mix through.
7. Fill the centre of the pancake with seafood and fold over.
8. Coat with the remaining sauce and serve.
