10pcChicken, Fillets (100g)
100gCarrots , Thinly sliced
100gOnions , Thinly sliced
100gPeppers, Mixed , Thinly sliced
100gMushrooms, Chinese , Thinly sliced
100gCorn, Baby , Thinly sliced
  KNORR Roux Brown

Preparation

1. Fry off the strips of chicken in large pot or bratt pan.
2. Add in the vegetables and continue cooking for a further 3 mins.
3. Pour in the chicken bouillon and bring to the boil.
4. Thicken with blended cornflour or roux.
