Bruschetta

| 250 | ml | Virgin Olive Oil |
| 200 | g | Butter , Soft |
Preparation
1. Mix the butter and herb paste together.
2. Cut the baguettes in half lengthways.
3. Sprinkle on some olive oil.
4. Spread the butter over the surface.
5. Place the bread on a baking sheet.
6. Place in a hot oven until brown and crispy.
