Mussels Marinere

 
 

Ingredients (10 portions)

2kgMussels , Washed & Scrubbed
0.5lKNORR Fish Bouillon
50gKNORR Shallot
250mlKnorr Cuisine Cooking Cream
  KNORR Roux Brown
  1/2 Glass dry white wine
  Chopped Parsley

Preparation

1. Pour the fish bouillon into a large pot.
2. Add in the shallot paste and parsley.
3. Bring to the boil and add in the mussels.
4. Cover with lid and cook until all the mussels are open.
5. Remove the mussels from the pot and portion on to plates.
6. Pour the wine and cream into cooking liquid and bring to the boil.
7. Bring to the required consistency with roux.
8. Pour over the mussels and serve.
