500gSpinach , young, washed.
500gTiger Prawns , cooked and shelled
  Mangoes, fresh , ripe, peeled and thinly sliced.
1pcOnions, Spring, Bunches , sliced.
200mlHELLMANN'S Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar 

Preparation

1. Mix the prawns and mango together.
2. Place the spinach on a plate or salad bowl.
3. Top with prawns and mango.
4. Pour over the dressing and fold together gently.
5. Served with chopped spring onions.
