Prawn, Mango & Spinach Salad

| Mangoes, fresh , ripe, peeled and thinly sliced. | ||

| 200 | ml | HELLMANN'S Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar |
Preparation
1. Mix the prawns and mango together.
2. Place the spinach on a plate or salad bowl.
3. Top with prawns and mango.
4. Pour over the dressing and fold together gently.
5. Served with chopped spring onions.
