Rocket, Pear & Parmesan Salad

| 25 | g | Rocket leaves , Washed & Dried. |
| 1 | pc | Pear(s) , Halves of canned pears drained and cut into dice. |
| 12 | g | Cheese, Parmesan , shavings. |
| 20 | ml | HELLMANN'S Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar |
Preparation
1. Mix the pears and rocket leaves with half the parmesan cheese.
2. Pour in the dressing and mix through.
3. Place into a salad bowl and allow to chill.
4. Serve with the remaining parmesan sprinkled over.
