Ingredients (10 portions)

500gBeetroot , Cooked, Sliced or Diced.
4pcOranges , cut into segments.
200mlHELLMANN'S Classic Vinaigrette 
  Almonds Toasted, or Crumbled Walnuts for garnish.
  Watercress , leaves or baby rocket salad.

Preparation

1. Place the beetroot, orange segments and leaves into a mixing bowl.
2. Mix in the dressing.
3. Serve sprinkled with the toasted almonds or walnuts.
