Beetroot & Orange Salad

| 500 | g | Beetroot , Cooked, Sliced or Diced. |
| 4 | pc | Oranges , cut into segments. |
| 200 | ml | HELLMANN'S Classic Vinaigrette |
| Almonds Toasted, or Crumbled Walnuts for garnish. | ||
| Watercress , leaves or baby rocket salad. |
Preparation
1. Place the beetroot, orange segments and leaves into a mixing bowl.
2. Mix in the dressing.
3. Serve sprinkled with the toasted almonds or walnuts.
