Garlic Mushroom Salad

 
 

Ingredients (10 portions)

1kgMushrooms, Button (Champignons de Paris)
250mlWater
1pcLemon pc Juice of 1
100gMargarine
1pcOnion, Medium, Finely Diced
  Parsley, fresh , Chopped
250mlHellmann's Garlic Light Mayonnaise 2L 

Preparation

1. Pour the water into a pot.
2. Add in lemon juice and margarine.
3. Bring to the boil and add in the mushrooms.
4. Cover with lid and cook until the liquid has covered the mushrooms.
5. Allow to cool and drain very well.
6. Place into a bowl, add in the parsley and onions.
7. Mix the mayonnaise through.
8. Serve chilled.
