Garlic Mushroom Salad
Ingredients (10 portions)

| 250 | ml | Water |
| 1 | pc | Lemon pc Juice of 1 |
| 100 | g | Margarine |
| 1 | pc | Onion, Medium, Finely Diced |
| Parsley, fresh , Chopped | ||
| 250 | ml | Hellmann's Garlic Light Mayonnaise 2L |
Preparation
1. Pour the water into a pot.
2. Add in lemon juice and margarine.
3. Bring to the boil and add in the mushrooms.
4. Cover with lid and cook until the liquid has covered the mushrooms.
5. Allow to cool and drain very well.
6. Place into a bowl, add in the parsley and onions.
7. Mix the mayonnaise through.
8. Serve chilled.
