18pcEggs, Hard Boiled
250gRashers, Grilled, Smoked, Streaky
1pcOnion, Medium, Finely Diced
50gChives , Chopped
500mlHELLMANN'S Light Mayonnaise 10L 

Preparation

1. Cut the eggs in quarters and place in a mixing bowl.
2. Cut the cooled rashers into small strips.
3. Mix in the onions with the chives.
4. Serve chilled.
