250mlKNORR Spicy Szechuan Sauce 
  KNORR Aromat Meat 
  Onion(s) , Half, Finely chopped.
125gBeansprouts
125gHam , Cooked
  Oil , Mazola

Preparation

1. Beat the egg, soy sauce, szechuan paste and Aromat together until light and fluffy.
2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the onion, beansprouts and ham.
3. Fry for 3-4 minutes, stir with a fork and leave to set.
4. Pre-heat the grill to high.
5. When the bottom of the omelette is set and golden, transfer the pan to under the grill and leave until the top is set and lightly browned.
6. Serve at once, cut into wedges.
